Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns on unopened and unused items. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If eligible, please initiate a return and place a new order.
